- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆While the proximity to the MacKenzie river was worth the stay and it has a brautiful path and day use are, there were some issues the wekend we were there. It was the least maintained of the 3 campgrounds we used on our weekend trip. The manager was nowhere to be found, the garbage by the exit was nearly overflowing and the bathrooms in dire need of cleaning. However I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps some emergency came up and the manager was unable to leave proper instructions to the young man who was at the office.
